Cancellation Policy
At HT Exhaust, every order is made or packed with care specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and only replacement is applicable where eligible.
Please note:
We do not accept cancellations for reasons such as:

“I don’t like the design after seeing it in person.”

“I no longer need it.”
-
“You took too much time; I don’t want the product anymore.”
-
“The delivery is delayed, so I won’t accept the product.”
-
“The delivery is delayed, so I have purchased elsewhere.”

Or any similar reasons.
Cancellations are not applicable during normal sales or promotional sale periods.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for cancelled orders under specific conditions:

If a customer insists on cancelling an order for any reason, only 60% of the paid order value will be refunded.

The remaining 40% covers payment processing, administrative, and handling costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Replacement Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. However, you may request a replacement if:

You receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from its description on www.htexhaust.com.

You report the issue to us within 1 day of product delivery.

The product is eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is available in stock.

If we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will process a refund instead.
Return Policy
Returns are allowed only under specific conditions and not for buyer’s remorse.
Your product may be eligible for return if:

It was received in a damaged or defective condition.

It is not different from what was originally shipped to you.
-
It is returned in its original condition, including:
• The brand’s/manufacturer’s box.
• Original MRP tags intact.
• User manual, warranty card, and any accessories provided.
Important:

You must raise a return request within 1 day of delivery.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.

Returns are not accepted for buyer errors such as ordering the wrong model, wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

Additional information may be required to process your return request.
Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.
If you receive a non-returnable product in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at info@htexhaust.com so we can help resolve it.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must not be damaged while in your possession.

The product must match exactly what we shipped to you.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Additional Notes

Products are eligible for replacement only if we have the same item in stock.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided as per the Refund Policy.

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of HT Exhaust.
